People from Baglung District of Nepal are living in different states of America. They are using the opportunity to work and settle down in different environment with the different life style. In the busy lifestyle they are facing difficulties due to language, getting together and sharing their experience have also become very difficult. People willing to help their country in the need of great disaster or to the people having difficulties to have shelter and food are also sensing the need of organization. In order to assist those difficulties BAGLUNG Welfare Society of America, Inc 2015 was established. This organization will work towards bringing cooperation among people of Baglung and other, preserve culture and heritage, helping them adjust in American lifestyle and to organize creative programs for positive life and society.

To build a relationship between people of Baglung, Nepal and the United States of America in order to develop social, economical, technological, and educational aspects of the Baglung District and help back warded communities of the world.

Establish helping hands, unity and cooperation among people from Baglung district of Nepal and Nepalese background living in the USA by conducting various programs like seminars, meeting and such awareness programs that allow members to gain understanding.
Promote and maintain Nepalese culture, tradition and heritage in America in order to harmonize society through cultural diversity.
Raise funds for the purpose of humanitarian and social needs in the USA, Nepal and around the world as needed.
